Make sure the projector is within 5 meters (16 feet) of the router and check the Wi-Fi signal. Verify the password is correct. You can test with your phone's hotspot to rule out network issues. If needed, reset the projector and reconnect
Why can’t I play content on the built-in apps?

Ensure your projector is connected to Wi-Fi. Check that the time zone in settings matches your location (enable "Automatic Time" if needed). Try reopening the app. If the issue persists, please contact support team
Why won’t my projector connect to my phone via Bluetooth?

The projector's Bluetooth function only supports audio devices (such as Bluetooth speakers or headphones) and does not support screen mirroring with phones. For screen sharing, we recommend using Wi-Fi or connecting via cable
Why can't I watch Netflix when mirroring my phone?

Due to the HDCP protocol, screen mirroring may not work properly (no picture) when trying to mirror content from certain apps such as Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, etc. We recommend using streaming devices such as Amazon Fire Stick or Roku.
